1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all accommodation agreements and related services provided by the hotel.
Subletting or transferring rooms to third parties requires prior written approval from the hotel.
Deviating terms and conditions of the guest apply only if expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract, Contractual Partners, Limitation
A contract is formed once the hotel accepts a guest’s booking request.
The contractual partners are the hotel and the guest.
Claims against the hotel generally expire after one year; claims for damages expire after five years unless based on intent or gross negligence.

3. Services, Prices, Payment, Set-off
The hotel provides the booked room category and agreed services.
The guest agrees to pay the applicable or agreed prices.
Invoices are payable immediately without deduction.
The hotel may request advance payments.
Set-off is permitted only with undisputed or legally established claims.

4. Cancellation / Guest Withdrawal / No-Show
Cancellations must be made in writing and require confirmation by the hotel.
Online bookings do not fall under statutory withdrawal rights (§312g BGB).

Cancellation deadlines:
- up to 3 rooms: free cancellation until 2 days before arrival (6:00 PM)
- 4 or more rooms: free cancellation until 30 days before arrival
- up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due
- after this period: applies as no-show

In case of no-show, the hotel may charge 80% of the room rate as a flat fee.
Income from re-letting the room will be deducted.

5. Withdrawal by the Hotel
The hotel may withdraw from the contract if agreed payments are not made,
if bookings were made under false information,
or if unforeseeable events render performance impossible.
The guest is not entitled to compensation for such withdrawal.

6. Room Availability and Return
There is no entitlement to a specific room unless confirmed.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM.
Late departures may incur charges: 50% of the room rate until 6:00 PM, 100% thereafter.
Rooms must be occupied by 6:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability of the Hotel
The hotel is liable for injury to life, body, or health according to statutory provisions.
For other damages, liability applies only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for items brought into the hotel follows §§ 701 ff. BGB.
There is no extended liability for vehicles parked on hotel property.

8. Final Provisions
Changes to the contract must be in writing.
Place of performance is Wettenberg; jurisdiction for commercial guests is Gießen.
German law applies.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected.
